SUMMER FORMS
It is very important that everyone attending receives copies of our what to bring lists and rules before attending summer camp. EVERYONE who attends summer camp must have the appropriate medical form filled out. Anyone who does not have forms filled out will not be allowed to participate in camp activities! It also very important that medical forms brought are the Master's Inn forms. We do not accept church forms, only our forms. If your church requires their own forms, attendees must also fill out our medical consent forms in addition to the church forms. Everyone who attends camp must fill out a form including leaders.
