SEAN MILLS

Education: B.S. in Religion from Carson-Newman College, B.S. in Psychology from Carson-Newman College, and a Masters from Liberty University.
Sean was saved at the age of 8 over hotdogs and rootbeers at an A&W stand. It was here that he realized his need for a savior. No 8 year old fully conceptualizes God, so there was a long period of growth. It was the involvement in a solid youth group that helped him grow the most in his faith and that involvement that gave him a desire to work with youth. After many years of school and serving in different churches, including the coolest church of all Carey Baptist in Henderson NC, he began serving in full-time ministry. Since 7th grade Sean had come to the Master’s Inn as a camper and fell in love with the camp. In 2002 he was offered a position at the Master’s Inn and has worked there ever since.
RICHIE SWAIM

Richie got saved at The Masters Inn as a youth camper when he was fourteen. From then on he kept coming back to camp until he graduated high school. After graduating from Elkin High, he starting working on the Ranch during the summers and taking classes at Surry Community College during the fall and spring semesters. In 2006, Richie took a full time position with the Master’s Inn. He is a 2011 graduate of Liberty University and married his best friend in November 2010. They have two sweet dogs and three beautiful horses.
ADAM MULLINS

Adam first stepped into church searching for a girlfriend but God had other plans. God put a passion for people in Adams heart and sent him to Liberty University. It is here that Adam really began working with kids and getting involved with The Masters Inn. In 2007 Adam was a counselor at The Masters Inn and he realized that he was called to reach children for Christ. He ended up marrying one of camps “ranch girls” in 2009 and they both live and work here at The Masters Inn.
COURTNEY WHITE
Position: Office Manager

Birthday: 11/17/85
Education: Currently working on degree in Family and Childhood Studies at Liberty University
Courtney was raised in the church all her life. She gave her life to Christ in high school at a prayer group one morning before school. Her relationship with the Lord really flourished at Appalachian State. As a young girl Courtney attended a church camp every summer. She absolutely loved camp because she always felt God’s presence there. After graduating college in 2009 she was blessed with an opportunity to work as a counselor for the Masters Inn. This allowed her to see a different side of camp and helped her to grow even more in love with the ministry. After that summer God sent Courtney to a couple of different places and allowed her to continue to grow in Him. Courtney is excited to be back in this place and cannot wait to see God reveal His plans for the Masters Inn in the weeks and months to come.
